From 23 to 25/01 a special guest will wait for you: Silvia Federica Boldetti, crowned “Pastry Queen 2016” last January during the world championship of pastry. It will be a great opportunity to meet the international queen of pastry and see our ovens at work in the most sophisticated applications.
