The 3-knob interface allows you to set the basic parameters for convection, steam or combination cooking, varying the temperature from 50°C to 260°C, and give each preparation the perfect touch.

Choose your composition: 6 or 10 600×400 trays.

Convenience and taste

The manual controls make essential X particularly intuitive and allow you to control every aspect of cooking: from its 3 knobs you can adjust chimney opening, duration, temperature and humidity percentage from 0% to 100%. 

All the settings of the manual oven by Yesovens for gastronomy,  bakery and pastry can be changed in a few instants, even while the oven is in operation, in order to achieve the right level of crunchiness and best reflect your idea of cooking.

The humidity level can be further adjusted by means of manual forced extraction of humidity. In this way, you can always be sure that both taste and quality of food remain unchanged throughout the cooking process.

The essential X oven is also equipped with additional SOFT BAKING ventilation, an ideal function for slow or controlled rising at all times.

Ventilation with automatic inversion of fan rotation distributes the heat evenly, even when the oven is fully loaded,thus ensuring rapid and homogeneous cooking.

The essential X oven complies with HACCP standards, certifying compliance with food safety requirements, and is extremely easy to sanitise.

The double glass door with high thermal insulation and provided with a safety fanstop system can be easily inspected, just like the motor compartment and the right side: such features make use, checks and repairing safe The cooling fan protects the oven components during operation.
