KARMA is the electric oven for bakeries, pizzerias and pastry shops of the Arte Bianca Line by Yesovens . Combi, convection and steam cooking, KARMA is specially designed for pastry shops, pizzerias and professional bakeries looking for a versatile product, 100% made in Italy.

Choose from KARMA Pro and KARMA Lite

Solidity, power and versatility are the keywords of KARMA, which can be chosen in two versions, Pro or Lite.

Both versions can be configured with additional options at the order placement, including the tray holder with simply-removable structure or the showers to wash the oven, for easy use and better cleaning.

Provided with all the accessories, the Pro mode meets the needs of pastry chefs and bakers who demand the most from technology.

Equally efficient and highly performing, theLite model has a more simplified composition.

Always Masterchef cooking

Suitable for both classic and more sophisticated preparations, KARMA professional electric oven by Yesovens adapts to any type of recipe. Select the temperature from 30 ° C to 280 ° C and adjust the degree of humidity from 0% to 100% for fragrant, soft or crunchy doughs that keep all the organoleptic features of the ingredients intact without any weight loss.
Besides being provided with the traditional cooking modes which are dry air convection, combi and steam, KARMA can be equipped with additional SOFT-BAKING ventilation: this is the perfect function for slow leavening which is always under control and at the right point.
Cooking uniformity is instead guaranteed by the ventilation with automatic inversion of fan rotation, which distributes the heat flows evenly over all the trays.

Thanks to the control panel with mechanical settings, KARMA works immediately since the very first use: through the 4 frontal valves you can adjust the chimney opening, time, temperature and humidity.

The light indicators signal the start of cooking, thus reducing the margin of error to a minimum.
Baking, browning, toasting: each preparation is the result of a precise alchemy of elements.

For this reason, all cooking parameters can be modified even while the cycle is in operation, so that you can directly manage the process, from start to finish, perfecting every recipe and experimenting as you please.

The climate control system developed by Yesovens on all models maximizes the performance of your electric oven for bakeries, pastry shops and pizzerias while reducing operating costs: in this way, it well responds to tight working schedules, without weighing on your wallet and on the environment.

Safety, durability and energy saving are also guaranteed by the material and construction technology which make up the oven components. From the 304 stainless steel cooking chamber, to the door with double insulating glass and safety fanstop when the door is open, and the ergonomic handle certified HACCP, every single element is designed in order to avoid unnecessary heat dispersion, in full compliance with the food safety regulations.

Periodic maintenance is simplified by the simply-approachable system on the right side and motor compartment, while the simply-removable control panel can be removed in a few steps in case of operational checks.

KARMA by Yesovens is designed to bake also high-leavening products: the internal spaces, along with the easy tray insertion and extraction, facilitate the baking of sweet and savory preparations without hindering their leavening.

Thanks to the adjustable feet,you can modify the height of your professional electric oven and adapt it to your needs and habits, and you can easily reach even the most distant points in your room.

The multi-lamp halogen lighting allows you to have control, even at a glance, of what happens in the cooking chamber at each stage.
When ordering, do not forget to indicate the handle placement, choosing between right or left.
