During the 2017 edition of the World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate, and the Cake Design Championships, the international cake making champions will compete, baking their own specialities in ovens from the Yesovens range.
In the World Trophy of Pastry, organised by the FIPGC (International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate), professionals from the five continents will animate this event, the largest and most important in the sector, to compete for the title of world champion.
The competing teams will explore the theme of the 2017 edition: “Discovering the World of Chocolate and Coffee” with their creations. Within this event, Yesovens has also been selected as technical sponsor for the HOST exhibition, which will take place at the Rho exhibition centre near Milan from 20 to 24 October. It will thus provide the industry gurus with ovens that are designed specifically for cake making and fitted with a proofer and the relative accessories needed for their creations.
