Pastry Queen 2016 will work with YESOVENS during SIGEP
A special guest will wait for you at YESOVENS stand during next SIGEP: the international pastry queen will be the Chef of our stand from 23 to 25/01.
The twenty-seven Silvia Federica Boldetti, born in Turin living in Bologna, has been crowned « Pastry Queen 2016 », last January in Rimini, during the women’s world championship of pastry that takes place every two years at SIGEP.
It will be a unique opportunity to see the work of one of the greatest Italian pastry talents and appreciate the quality of our ovens even in the most sophisticated applications.
