Introduce yourself: who is LUCA GUASTELLA?
I am an ambitious person, loyal and open to dialogue. Pragmatic in what I undertake. The historical slogan taken from the classical culture that I pursue and which I also try to transfer to my children is « homo faber fortunae suae »: I think that with the effort and constancy it is possible to achieve the best out of ourselves and others.
Professionally speaking I believe that the endless management and the union of the working group skills are fundamental for the success of the business.
What does it mean for you to be an COUNTRY SALES MANAGER?
It means being the first interpreter of the development project of one of the most complex markets. It means trying to transfer business ambition through the quality of our products and share with our partners the success of growth and advancement through a process of loyalty.
In an internal market defined by all the sector operators as FILLED, how does a new reality manage to generate further opportunities?
I prefer to define the market with the term COMPLEX. I think that, in Italy, a new reality can succeed in generating further opportunities by interpreting in detail the needs of the market: communicating the distinctive characteristics of the Brand, intended as index of its positioning. In a few words, transferring the concept of business opportunity resulting from the set of products, conditions, flexibility and partnership.
The distribution through e-commerce fascinates and / or divides at the same time many companies, what is your opinion about it?
The e-commerce growth is constant, persistent and positive for the market and enhances competitiveness. I believe that e-commerce must be interpreted and managed through the canalization of different product lines from the traditional channel, as a result of a strategic study. Our goal as new operators in a growing sector, also on a global level, is to focus our activity on the enhancement of the « kitchen artist » through a consultative sale.
In the end, what’s your own interpretation of the company message #ASKMEWHY?

This is stimulating on a personal level and guides the entire structure to express the best in terms of product development, focusing on the quality and wideness of a multifunctional range with distinctive features. In commercial terms, we try to identify in our partners the focal point ensuring high growing satisfaction standards.
