Ventilation & Pulse function<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

With YesOvens combi-ovens, it is possible to cook using different speed sets.<\/p>\n

In touch ovens, up to 7 options are available + the PULSE function.<\/p>\n

In digital ovens, up to 3 options are available + the PULSE function.<\/p>\n

The PULSE speed recreates a semi-static cooking environment: it is ideal for soft and delicate cooking as well as long time cooking that shall not be exposed to a strong ventilated airflow.<\/p>\n

How it works?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within PULSE mode, the ventilation works only when the heating elements are active. Once the set temperature is reached, the ventilation is deactivated.<\/p>\n

Ventilation will only restart for a few seconds when the oven goes below the set temperature point.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This mode, which can also be activated during the recipe, is available in all of our Touch and Digital models of the Ho.Re.Ca.<\/em><\/a>, Arte Bianca<\/a><\/em> and Special lines<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Soft Baking<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This is our reduced ventilation speed cooking mode, ideal for long time cooking as well as Bakery and Pastry.<\/p>\n
